Fantastic quirky place right in the heart of Dubrovnik’s old town. The location made it super convenient to explore. Entering through a little boutique set the relaxed vibe. The annex where I stayed had its own charm, but stairs are plentiful, so pack light! My room had a cool design and included a mini-fridge and a kettle, which I appreciated. The bathroom, while quirky, had an odd smell that might concern some. Breakfast at a nearby café offered great value. the made-to-order hot food was delicious. Met the young girl at reception who was incredibly helpful. However, receiving breakfast vouchers was a bit tricky with limited staff at the desk. The noise from nearby bars could be bothersome, but my love for the cozy ambiance overshadowed that. Overall, this place is perfect if you enjoy unique stays and don't mind some quirks.

Stunning interior design, unique room layouts, encouragement of light packing due to stairs
The steep and challenging stairs can be daunting, especially with heavy luggage!!! The lack of staff availability post-hours left me without assistance when I needed it most. A clearer pricing structure for services would avoid confusion!!!

The homemade apricot jam offered during breakfast was a delightful touch that added a personal flair to the stay.
The stair access to the annex might be challenging for those carrying heavy luggage due to a lack of handrails and adequate lighting.

Stunning views with a warm touch
Our stay at Andio was nothing short of delightful. Located in the heart of Dubrovnik, the charming room featured a wonderful view and impressive decor. The owners spoiled us with delicious homemade apricot jam and even prepped sandwiches for our airport journey. The friendly management always ensured we felt welcomed and well taken care of.
However, the stairs were quite a challenge, especially with luggage. Additionally, we had a slight hiccup during check-in due to limited staff availability, which could be inconvenient for someone arriving late.

I had an amazing stay, especially enjoying the cozy atmosphere in the lounge with some fresh snacks and a nice cup of tea. There were plenty of options for relaxation, like a comfy reading corner and a spot to watch movies. Just a heads up, the stairs to the upper floors are a bit steep, but it didn’t take away from my overall great experience! 😄

great stay but some minor issues
The room was absolutely gorgeous and spacious! It felt like a home away from home. Every evening, I relaxed in a cozy spot with a lovely city view. The owners were very attentive and quick to respond to my queries, which made my experience even better.
The only downside was the noise from the surrounding area at night.

The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city’s main attractions while remaining surprisingly quiet. The room was stylish and comfortable, featuring air conditioning and elegant decor. However, the extensive staircase can be a challenge, especially when connected to another location for breakfast, which is inconvenient as staff availability was limited. Additionally, the shower wasn’t well designed for taller individuals, which could detract from the overall experience.
